The Berkeley

Forward thinking, artful and edgy The Berkeley combines cosseting five star luxury, contemporary elegance and celebrity buzz, with sublime service and state-of-the-art facilities. Located in fashionable Knightsbridge, with the crème-de-la-crème of stores right on your doorstep and stunning views of Hyde Park, the hotel is perfectly situated. All the designer suites and rooms at The Berkeley are individual, and each has a chic yet timeless feel.

Perfectly suited to Knightsbridge, Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley is the place for sophisticated fine dining. Combining style and perfect service, it provides the perfect showcase for the talents of one of Britain's most celebrated chefs.

Koffmann's, The Berkeley's new restaurant is the highly anticipated next step from legendary French chef Pierre Koffmann, whose name has been synonymous with some of the finest French food in the country for the past 35 years. The menu offers hearty, robust, seasonal dishes, many influenced by his Gascon heritage, with a good value Menu du Jour. Many of Koffmann's signature favourites, such as scallops with squid ink, braised pig's trotter with morels, and pistachio soufflé with pistachio ice- cream, also feature.

Relaxed and friendly, intimate and discreet, the Caramel Room at The Berkeley is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, with its all-day dining menu. It's also the setting for the award-winning fashionista's afternoon tea, Prêt-à-Portea. Smart and subtly sexy, The Caramel Room was designed by New Yorker Alexandra Champalimaud.

The Blue Bar is a popular and exclusive Knightsbridge celebrity hangout. Despite its buzz, the bar remains a chilled-out venue, where everyone is made to feel welcome. The David Collins designed Blue Bar's most remarkable feature is its striking Lutyens Blue colour scheme. The white onyx bar and black crocodile print leather floor combine with listed features from the original hotel, to create a stunning decor. Cocktails are made with the finest ingredients, an imaginative twist and a passion for perfection. With over 50 different whiskies, a wide range of champagnes, and selected wines by the glass, you are guaranteed your perfect tipple.

With glorious panoramic views over Knightsbridge and Hyde Park, The Berkeley's rooftop pool and gym offer an unforgettable fitness experience. When relaxing why not indulge in an extensive range of sublime treatments which sooth and energise, performed by professional therapists who are ready to cosset and pamper you in style.
